Israel will help Ukraine in improving the performance of emergency medical care in emergency situations

Press conference on the theme of cooperation representative office of the world health organization in Ukraine, the Ukraine and Israel in the field of improvement of emergency medical care in Ukraine in conditions of emergencies. Actors: Elia Belotserkovsky, extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Israel in Ukraine; Chaim Rafalowski, coordinator of the emergency response service Magen David Adom (the Israeli counterpart of the red cross); SoShy RIBA, Chief nurse, Ministry of health of Israel. The Ukrainian Ministry of health, the who country office in Ukraine, the Ministry of health of Israel, the Embassy of Israel in Ukraine and emergency medical services Magen David Adom coordinated efforts to help Ukraine regarding the improvement of healthcare throughout the country, and emergency medical services in Ukraine. The Embassy of Israel in Ukraine also contributes and supports the training program of the Ukrainian nurses to share the Israeli experience in the provision of emergency first aid. During his visit to Ukraine in early December 2014, Chief nurse of Israel, Sochi RIBA, together Hamam Rafalowski coordinator emergency response "Magen David Adom" (headed in the past, emergency management and the Department for disaster management), will combine their efforts with specialists offices of the world health organization in Ukraine for the development of instructions for the training of ambulance crews who will work in Ukraine.
