The U.S. Senate passed a new law on wiretapping of citizens

They allowed the government to collect data on phone calls of suspected terrorists, but with some restrictions. The new law was signed by President Barack Obama. The document was adopted after the beginning of the month the government authority to spy on citizens is over.
