The IMF has threatened to stop funding unless the Council agree on budget-2016

the international monetary Fund recalled that the deficit of the state budget for 2016 to 3.7% is a key condition for further cooperation with Ukraine. The warning came amid pessimistic discussion of the draft government budget at an extraordinary meeting yesterday.
