Lviv is the best city for living in Ukraine - rating
By version of Focus magazine
On June 12, Focus magazine presented its third annual rating “55 Best Cities for Living in Ukraine”. The city of Lviv became the winner of the rating-2009.
In particular, Lviv occupied the top position by a number of criteria: experts highly assessed its business and educational potential, as well as the level of cultural measures and attractiveness for tourists.
On the whole, 70 cities participated in the rating. The top ten of leaders is as follows: Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Yalta, Kharkiv, Odessa, Illichevsk, Symferopol, and Sevastopol.
Experts assessed every city by 14 criteria. This year a particular attention was paid to business and financial potential of the participants.
