Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has said President Volodymyr Zelensky will hold a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, during which he will discuss preparations for the Normandy Four summit.
"I planned to listen to speeches here, but, unfortunately, the president is calling an NSDC meeting. We are preparing for the meeting in the Normandy format," Avakov said at a law enforcement conference in Kyiv, the Ukrainian news outlet Novosti Donbasa reported.

The interior minister added he would also hold a meeting with Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. of the United States Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, William Taylor today, December 3, 2019.
