The diplomat confirmed that Russia presented its version of the draft resolution during a closed debate on Monday, but the document was not supported by five countries – the Netherlands, Malaysia, Ukraine, Australia, and Belgium, which jointly continue finalizing the document.

According to the source, the five countries' foreign ministers are to meet in New York on July 28, and the draft resolution on the creation of the MH17 tribunal will be tabled for voting by the UN Security Council the next day, July 29.
