"The parliament has all the leverage to make a new judicial system work from the beginning of next year. The Constitution needs to be amended for this purpose," he said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, a special department under the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine will investigate cases of bribe-taking by judges.
