"My expectation is that in summer the sanctions will be extended at least for another half a year," he said in an interview with Ukrainian online newspaper Europeiska Pravda.
"How long this practice continues and how Ukraine is making use of this time to become stronger in many ways – that is a serious matter, I fear," Prystaiko said.
