"Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland will travel from Hannover, Germany, to Kyiv, Ukraine, to meet with senior Ukrainian government officials, political party leaders, Rada members, and civil society representatives. She will discuss a range of bilateral and regional issues, including reform priorities and Minsk implementation," the U.S. Department of State reported on Monday.
