This decision was unanimously taken by the NAPC members at their meeting on Wednesday, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
"I ask to decide on the full-scale operation of the information and telecoms system 'National State Register of Income Declarations of Central and Local Government Officials' and on its launch from 00:00 on September 1, 2016. NAPC Chairperson Natalia Korchak shall be authorized to monitor the implementation of the decision," NAPC head Natalia Korchak said at the meeting before the decision was taken.

The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection on August 31 certified an integrated information protection system as part of the e-declaration platform.
The flaws introduced by the developer in the register data protection system were eliminated, the service confirmed.
