"To dismiss Mashkovskiy as chairman of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration in accordance with his statement on resignation" was the goal stated in the document.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Chairman Serhiy Mashkovskiy wrote a statement on August 16 regarding his resignation.

UNIAN memo. Mashkovskiy was chairman of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration for more than two years. His official appointment as governor took place on July 23, 2014.
