"The two leaders underscored the importance of full implementation of the Minsk agreements, and President Poroshenko previewed Ukrainian preparations for the upcoming EU-Ukraine Summit in Brussels on November 24. The leaders expressed hope that the summit would provide a positive signal of support for the Ukrainian people," the statement said.
