PACE delegation to pay visit to Ukraine on November 24-26

The delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will pay visit to Ukraine on November 24-26.

The Mission of the Council of Europe to Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN that an aim of the visit is an estimation of the preparation condition to election of the President of Ukraine and carrying out of the electoral campaign.

The delegation consists of 8 people, who represent European People’s Party, Socialists, Alliance for Liberals and Democrats for Europe, and Party of European Democrats.

They will meet with candidates to the post of the President, particularly, with present head of the state Victor Yushchenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and leader of the Party of Regions Victor Yanukovych.
