"The situation in the ATO zone remains tense. Insurgent activity is still seen in three strategic areas: Luhansk, Donetsk and Debaltsevo."
"Insurgent attackss were launched near the following villages in Luhansk region: Stanychno-Luhanska, Artema, Olkhove, Krymske, Shchastia, Triohizbenka, Sokolnyki, and Verkhnia Olkhova.
“Maloorlivka, Pisky, Donetsk, Olenivka, Novokalynove, Tonenke, Opytne, and Verhniotoretske were attacked in Donetsk region," the report reads.
"Debaltsevo, Nikishyne, Shumy, Poltavske, Kalynivka, Troitske, and Mius were attacked in the Debaltsevo area."
In addition, there were recorded 10 attacks on civilian areas in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Information about killed or injured civilians is being confirmed now, the press center said.
Donetsk airport was also attacked by the insurgents during the last 24 hours, it said.
The artillery of the ATO forces fired on positions of the insurgents 83 times in response to their attacks, the press center said.
