While Russia’s annexation of Crimea and the conflict in eastern Ukraine have been making international headlines in 2014, global audiences still fail to realize the danger building up on Europe’s eastern border, Ukraine Today reports.
Some of respondents note that people in Russia tend to fall for the Kremlin’s propaganda, while some Westerners seem to treat Ukraine as if it is a third world country suffering from a purely internal conflict.
