According to the report, internally displaced persons (IDPs) include 169,408 children and 498,677 people with disabilities and the elderly. Of all the IDPs, there are nearly 1.7 million people from Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and 22,142 people from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

Nowadays, 647 objects of various forms of ownership have been identified for the accommodation of 10,990 IDPs.
