"An explosion in the lift shaft of Pivdennyi Bank's office building was reported to the police at 23:28 local time on April 25. Investigators, canine handlers, explosives experts, criminalists of the National Police's main department in Odesa region have left for the site," it said.
No casualties have been reported.
Odesa municipal news portal Timer said that the blast had been caused by an attack on the building with the use of a Mukha short-range, disposable light anti-tank rocket launcher.
An empty launch tube was reportedly found in the bushes across the street not far from the building.
