"We are entering such a period that weather conditions will not always allow us to prepare new positions. In addition, if there is a frost, it is forbidden to remove mine explosive barriers, i.e. we cannot carry out mine clearance – this is prohibited by the protocol," Bondar told journalists, the Ukrainian news outlet Novosti Donbasa reported.
