The obvious failure by the militants to withdraw heavy military equipment is yet another breach of truce signed in the Belarus capital Minsk on February, 12, Ukraine Today reports.
Thousands of ceasefire violations have been reported by Ukrainian officials and international observers since the latest ceasefire was supposed to have come into effect on February 15, and over a hundred government troops have been killed in fighting.
