"We found out that a commission of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces arrived in Donetsk in order to verify the situation in formations and units of the 1st Army Corps of the 12th Reserve Command of the South military district of the Russian Armed Forces," a statement reads.
According to reports, a commission is headed by one of the deputy chiefs of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
