"Yesterday, the pro-Russian illegal armed groups returned to the village of Kominternove. They are preparing another propaganda show," the report says.
According to the headquarters, the so-called "leaders of the DPR" are now in the village. In addition, the media have already disinformed that yesterday, the Ukrainian military fired mortars on Kominternove and the village of Vodiane, which is 2.5 km to the south.
"The insinuations are being prepared for Russian journalists, the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine and the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) of the Ceasefire and Stabilization of Parties' Demarcation Line in order to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The militants are withdrawing military equipment and heavy weapons from the settlement. In addition, they are preparing the relevant statements on the shelling of the village by the Ukrainian side, looting and acts of violence against the local population," the headquarters said.
At the same time, the militants have established a roadblock between Kominternove and Mariupol and no one is allowed to leave the village, the report says.
