What is more, Russian-backed troops fired mortars on the Ukrainian positions near the town of Maryinka, and the villages of Taramchuk and Novotroyitske, as well as grenade launchers of various systems and heavy machine guns on the ATO positions near the villages of Hnutove, Talakivka, Chermalyk, and Shyrokyne.

Illegal armed groups also opened fire from 122mm self-propelled artillery systems, having launched four shells on Chermalyk.

"In Luhansk region, the enemy was targeting areas close to the villages of Triokhizbenka and Nyzhnioteple," the report reads.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine recorded 40 militant barrages on June 13 and reported about six wounded Ukrainian soldiers.
