In particular, 33 cases of enemy fire were reported in Donetsk and Mariupol sectors, and six attacks in Luhansk region.
Thus, in Mariupol sector, the militants fired 122mm artillery on the village of Vodiane 20 times, while Shyrokyne, Talakivka and Starohnativka were attacked with 120mm mortars. Moreover, the militants used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, and BMP weapons to shell Ukrainian positions near Talakivka.
In Donetsk sector, the situation was especially tense near the villages of Avdiyivka, Zaitseve, Mayorsk and Luhanske, where Russian-backed militants shelled Ukrainian strongholds with 120mm mortars. In addition, the militants fired from 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
In Luhansk sector, the enemy shelled the Ukrainian positions near the villages of Stanitsa Luhanska and Novooleksandrivka with grenade launchers and small arms.
