"In the past six days, Ukraine lost 13 soldiers in the ATO zone. Fifty-nine were wounded," Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada's National Security and Defense Committee, MP Ivan Vinnyk, said in parliament on Tuesday, a UNIAN correspondent reported.

Vinnyk also pointed to an increased escalation in the war zone. "They're firing at us using large-caliber artillery," he added.
