"There were two wounded in action (WIA) as a result of militant shelling, and another one was injured in a booby-trap blast," Defense Ministry speaker for Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) issues Oleksandr Motuzianyk said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday, December 1, a UNIAN correspondent reported.

In addition, on November 29, one civilian was injured as a result of enemy shelling in the town of Avdiyivka, he said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, combined Russian-separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in eastern Ukraine 30 times in the past 24 hours, focusing on the Mariupol sector.
