The hackers, known as the United Cyber Caliphate, made the announcement in a statement labeled "Wanted to be killed," Fox News reported.
Part of it reads, "Your system failed to Tackling our attacks. Now we will Crush you again," according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.

There was no immediate response from the State Department. U.S. President Barack Obama was set to discuss the war on ISIS, including the corresponding cyber fight, during a conference with European leaders in Germany Monday.
