Kyiv's Besarabsky market municipal enterprise located in the center of the city has introduced cryptocurrency payment.

"The new type of payment is handled with the help of the Paytomat payment system, which supports most popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, EOS, NANO, WAVES, Dash, Litecoin, NEM, Ethereum," the news outlet Liga.net reported.

So far, only one market stall with vegetables is working in the trial mode. The next one will be the Green 13 vegan street food cafe.

The market's management is said to be ready to contribute to the popularization of cryptocurrency payment in case of demand for this type of transactions.
