Monitoring of manifestations of extremism in Ukraine in 2014: trends and forecasts

Press conference on the topic: "Monitoring of manifestations of extremism in Ukraine in 2014: trends and forecasts". The results of the study will be presented by experts of the Ukrainian research Institute of extremism (UDE) in the context of regions and chronological features. The research covers the entire territory of Ukraine, including the occupied territories (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and the territory under the control of the separatists (part of Donetsk and Lugansk regions). The study reflects the most difficult times in modern Ukrainian history - the period Bromide, the annexation of the Crimea and the confrontation in the Donbass. In their findings, the experts UDE note that the entire 2014 year in the country there has been a clear upward trend in the number extremw and predict a continuation of this trend and in 2015. What are the main reasons for the growth of the manifestations of extreme behavior in the Ukrainian society, the dynamics extremw, forecasts and recommendations for de-escalation of extremism - these topics will be discussed during the presentation of the research experts of the Institute.
