Parties exchanged views but no breakthrough was achieved at today's meeting of political advisors to the Normandy Four leaders, according to Russia's envoy, deputy chief of presidential administration Dmitriy Kozak.
Political advisors to the leaders of Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia – parties to the Normandy format of talks toward Donbas settlement – met in Berlin earlier today, September 11, according to TASS.

He claims that the parties did not discuss prospects for the Normandy Four leaders' summit.
Kozak says the negotiators agreed to maintain ceasefire in Donbas.
All controversial issues are expected to be agreed by the end of September.
"We agreed that at the level of our aides, deputies, the dialogue on all these issues will continue, we will try to work out agreed decisions by the end of September," Kozak said.
The date for the new meeting of political advisors has not been announced.

- On August 26, head of President's Office Andriy Yermak said the meeting of advisors to the Normandy Four leaders, scheduled for August 28, had been postponed to early September.
- It was expected that Yermak would represent Ukraine, assistant to the Chancellor for foreign policy Jan Hecker – Germany, advisor to the president Emmanuel Bonne – France, and deputy head of the presidential administration Dmitry Kozak - Russia.
- President Volodymyr Zelensky during talks with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on August 28 said Kyiv is making every effort to end the war in Donbas, expecting that the leaders of the Normandy Four countries (Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia) will gather for a summit after their advisors meet.
