OSCE’s Alexander Hug visits area of disengagement in Donbas
On September 28, Deputy Chief of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug, together with other members of the mission, visited the area of Bohdanivka and Petrovske to monitor the situation with the disengagement of forces.
As the monitors were checking one of three areas of disengagement of forces and hardware an UNIAN reporter followed the group.
On September 21, a Framework Decision of the Tripartite Contact Group was signed in Minsk on disengagement of forces and hardware in three areas with specific coordinates.
It should be noted that ever since the signing, the militants have continued to hamper the work of the OSCE SMM.
