ATO forces in the Donbass again forbidden to shoot

Since the beginning of the present day of the Ukrainian military in the ATO is forbidden to open fire in response to attacks by the enemy. Such a strange order was signed by chief of staff Viktor muzhenko. And this at the same time when militants across the line of demarcation continue to shell Ukrainian positions. So for the last day fire was opened 18 times.
