A database of all car owners now in open access

On the website of the Ministry of internal Affairs has already launched the appropriate section. To get data from the registry will be available to everyone, but it must pass the mandatory authorization. In the database it is possible to find the owner of the vehicle, the date of registration of the car, its year of production and engine size. The registry still works in test mode, promise to finish by the end of the week.
