The Ministry of justice of Ukraine appealed to the Russian side urging them to pass the four Ukrainian prisoners

pursuant to the Convention on the transfer of sentenced persons. we are Talking about Oleg Sentsov, Gennady Afanasyev, Oleksandr Kolchenko and Yury Soloshenko, convicted by the Russian courts on trumped-up charges of plotting terrorist attacks in Crimea. Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko stressed that Ukraine does not recognize the justness of their sentences, but are willing to use the Convention on the transfer of sentenced persons, to return them home.
