"Nedokoncena" justice the Ukrainian football: why the FDA refused the monitoring of contractual matches

In the Ukrainian football there are people who are not interested in reducing the number of match-fixing. Ukrainian Premier League has officially refused monitoring games with a fixed result, because all the "problem" clubs have disappeared from the horizon of the Premier League. However, the problem remained at the level of the first League and tournaments for youth teams.
