Ukraine's Windrose Airlines, which is based at Kyiv's Boryspil International Airport, will launch flights from the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv to the Slovenian capital city of Ljubljana on October 24, 2020.
"Windrose will open a new flight between Kyiv and Ljubljana from October 24. Flights will operate twice a week: on Tuesdays and Saturdays," the company's press service said on Facebook on October 8.

From October 1, Ukrainians may cross the border with Slovenia without observing a 10-day self-isolation, with negative PCR tests done no earlier than 48 hours prior to the trip in Ukraine-based institutions or organizations designated in the list available here.
Windrose also launched flights from Kyiv to Ukraine's southern city of Kherson on October 5, 2020.
