"In Ukrainian regions where over the past seven days an average of below 12 new COVID-19 cases was recorded per 100,000 people and the average number of PCR and ELISA tests stood at more than 12, while coronavirus-related hospital load is under 50%, anti-epidemiological measures could be weakened and public transport operations could gradually be restored," Kryklii wrote on Telegram.

Face masks shall be mandated on public transport of all types, the minister added, as well as temperature screening for staff and systematic disinfection of vehicles.
