Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman will propose to the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, to cancel taxation of the country's best higher educational facilities.

"It is necessary to determine TOP-5 or TOP-10 universities across Ukraine and relieve them of taxation, only retaining only an individual income tax. I instructed that the Education Ministry start drafting such a bill, which should be short. I believe it could be backed by the Ukrainian parliament," the prime minister told journalist during his visit to the city of Sumy on February 22.

The prime minister noted that the ranking of best universities should be compiled based on statistics of their graduates' employment.
