The minister is "90% sure" about one of them.
Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan says another two low-cost air carriers may enter the Ukrainian market before the end of 2018.
"I cannot elaborate because it's a negotiation process. But we expect at least two more air carriers [will enter the Ukrainian market] by the end of the year. I'm already 90% sure about one them, while it's 50% regarding another one," he told Ukrainian TV Channel 5 on February 26.
According to the minister, two Ukrainian low-cost air carriers may emerge on the market this year.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on February 13, Omelyan said that Ryanair would start flights from Ukraine's largest state-owned international airport Boryspil and Danylo Halytskyi International Airport "Lviv" in the fall of 2018. He also noted that the official presentation of Ryanair flights would be held in the coming weeks. Ryanair's Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer and Company Secretary Juliusz Komorek confirmed the report, noting the details were being agreed upon.
