In February, reserves decreased by 0.4%, amounting to $18.5 billion.
International reserves of Ukraine now total US$18.5 billion, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleh Churii told a briefing Thursday.
"Reserves as of today are approximately at $18.5 billion, taking into account the national bank's intervention," he said.
According to Churii, recently the regulator has been conducting interventions, purchasing foreign currency almost daily.
Taking into account the updated international reserves indicator, in February, reserves decreased by 0.4%.

In 2017, Ukraine's foreign reserves increased by 21% to $18.808 billion. The National Bank forecasts the growth of Ukraine's international reserves by the end of 2018 to $20.5 billion.
