Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says Ukraine and Israel have concluded their four-round talks, reaching their final stage to sign an agreement on a free trade area (FTA).

"In 2017, we intensively worked on the completion of negotiations on the free trade area with the State of Israel, the country we're already trading at almost $800 million without such agreement. Today the talks are over, and there will be a relevant joint statement by the governments and ministries of Israel and Ukraine that we have reached the final stage to sign the FTA deal," Groysman said on March 28, adding that it is very important that Ukrainian products win foreign markets.

The prime minister also said that in the near future, opportunities would be created for signing the agreement.
