Hryvnia waking up: UAH 26.19 to dollar

Rates of the Ukrainian hryvnia against the U.S. dollar on the interbank forex market by the middle of trading on Monday, April 2, were set at UAH 26.15/26.19 per dollar.

Interbank rates against the euro were UAH 32.24/32.28 and those against the Russian ruble were UAH 0.4546/0.4604.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reported that the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 12:30 was UAH 26.1673 to the dollar, with 240 deals concluded by that time to the tune of $128.48 million in total.
