Ukrainian solvent banks' net profit grows by over 7% in Jan-Feb – NBU

Their revenue over the period under review dropped over 5%, while expenses shrank by almost 7%.

Net profit of Ukrainian solvent banks in January-February 2018 was estimated at UAH 3.998 billion (US$ 152.2 million), which was 7.1% up year-over-year (y-o-y).

The banks' revenue in the first two months of 2018 shrank by 5.2% to UAH 27.982 billion ($1 million), while expenses dropped by 6.9%, to UAH 23.985 billion ($913.4 million), according to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
