"These rates are not enough to overcome poverty in Ukraine, and for the country's economy to return to the pre-crisis level," she said on April 10, presenting the updated macroeconomic forecast.
Earlier, Ukraine's Social Policy Minister Andriy Reva said the poverty rate in Ukraine dropped by 15.1 percentage points to 39.4% in 2017 from 54.5% in 2016.
