Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan says his ministry tracks all companies working at the Kerch bridge construction sites in the Russian-annexed Crimea.
"We are monitoring all contractors working at the facility, adding them to the sanctions list. We also inform other states and Ukraine's allies about the blacklisted companies. As for the equipment, the question is different. We react if this is related to direct contacts. And if there were purchases from third parties, it's more difficult to respond, as they were made not under direct contact with the manufacturer," the minister told RFE/RL's Ukrainian bureau.
