Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 32.37/32.40, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4252/0.4258.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate set for April 23 by five kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.17 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for April 23:
US$100 cost UAH 2,617.8455 (UAH 2,622.5963 as of April 20);
EUR 100 cost UAH 3,222.3060 (UAH 3,247.2987 as of April 20);
10 RUB cost UAH 4.2690 (UAH 4.3093 as of April 20).

As UNIAN reported earlier, on Friday, April 20, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.16/26.18 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 32.37/32.40, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4252/0.4258.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 16:00 was UAH 26.1785 to the dollar, with 554 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $380.50 million.
