Imports from the EU over the said period grew 10.7%, amounting to US$4.523 billion.
Exports of goods from Ukraine to the European Union in the first quarter of 2018, compared with the same period in 2017, increased by 26.5%, totaling $4.058 billion.
The share of exports to EU in the overall volume of Ukrainian exports in the first quarter stood at 38.9%, the National Bank of Ukraine reported on its website.
Imports from the EU for the same period increased by 10.7%, amounting to $4.523 billion.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine's balance of foreign trade in goods and services in January-March 2018 was reduced to a deficit of $1.691 billion, which 25.4% above the deficit recorded in January-March 2017 at $1.3 billion.
