On Wednesday, May 2, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.15/26.17 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 4 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.15 to the dollar on Thursday, May 3.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for May 3:
US$100 cost UAH 2,615.5067 (UAH 2,619.5648 as of May 2);
EUR 100 cost UAH 3,140.4389 (UAH 3,161.8147 as of May 2);
10 RUB cost UAH 4.2186 (UAH 4.1762 as of May 2).

Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.30/31.33, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4081/0.4087.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 26.1551 to the dollar, with 440 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $276.94 million.
