Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.22/31.24, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4229/0.4237.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Tuesday evening weakened the official hryvnia exchange rate set for May 16 by four kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.21 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for May 16:
US$100 cost UAH 2,621.0807 (UAH 2,617.1243 as of May 15);
EUR 100 cost UAH 3,114.6302 (UAH 3,137.4086 as of May 15);
10 RUB cost UAH 4.2333 (UAH 4.2370 as of May 15).
As UNIAN reported earlier, on Tuesday, May 15, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank forex market by the middle of trade settled at UAH 26.20/26.21 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 31.22/31.24, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4229/0.4237.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 12:30 was UAH 26.2122 to the dollar, with 398 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $230.70 million.
