The launch of Apple Pay is an indicator of leading innovation companies' interest in the Ukrainian market, Danyliuk said.
Ukrainian Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk has said Ukraine's nationalized PrivatBank has launched the world's popular payment service Apple Pay.
"Apple Pay is in Ukraine!!! PrivatBank has launched the world's popular payment service today," Danyliuk wrote on Facebook on May 17.

According to him, the launch of Apple Pay is an indicator of leading innovation companies' interest in the Ukrainian market.
"Using only their smartphones, thousands of Ukrainians will be able to transfer their payments online. It is very important that our state is keeping pace with global trends," Danyliuk said.
