On Friday, May 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.11/26.14 to the dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine on Friday evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by 4 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to UAH 26.14 to the dollar.

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for May 21:
US$100 costs UAH 2,614.7963 (on May18, it was UAH 2,618.8814);
EUR 100 costs UAH 3,080.4915 (on May18, it was UAH 3,091.5895);
10 RUB costs UAH 4.2214 (on May18, it was UAH 4.2362).
On Friday, May 18, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 26.11/26.14 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 30.73/30.76, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4190/0.4197.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 16:00 was UAH 26.1480 to the dollar, with 564 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $390.54 million.
